We have two Voters' Meetings scheduled during the month of May. It may seem odd to have two meetings within seven days of each other. However, there are certain reasons why we are keeping these meetings on separate days.

Our goal for the special meeting on May 12 is to present a pastoral candidate for consideration. We have a small window for this opportunity and do not want to wait until the regular meeting and risk losing the candidate to another congregation.

Our regular meeting is May 19th. We are not able to move up this meeting due to certain timelines we are required to follow for approving some of the agenda items.
